Our spit roasts are cooked in our off-site ovens and carved on arrival. They are served to your guests in a semi-self service carvery.
Our staff will arrive at your function with all equipment necessary, including bbq's, cutlery and plates. We will cook the meat, set-up a buffet and serve your guests. Your venue must have an outdoor area with cover from the elements.
Our fingerfood is prepared off site and is served to your guests by our wait staff.
If you feel confident enough to serve your guests we offer a delivery service for all of our menus. We ill prepare and cook everything off-site and deliver prior to your function in disposable containers. See more details of our delivery service here.
