To make thing easy we've compiled a list of the questions we receive from our customers from time to time. Take a quick look and see if any of your questions have been answered.

Can I have more than two types of meat or add some extra salads? Absolutely! Please mention this when making your booking.

Can you tailor menus? Absolutely! If you have something particular in mind please let us know and we will provide some menu options for you.

Do you do drinks service? Unfortunately we do not provide a drinks service. We can recommend some reputable companies to help though!

How much notice do you need for a booking? Our bookings work on an availability basis. As long as we are available for that time and date we will be there! Keep in mind that weekends and the Christmas time are our peak times and it is best to make your booking as soon as you are able.

When will you need numbers and menu? We will contact you one week prior to your function to discuss final numbers and menu.

Do you provide plates, cutlery and dinner napkins or should I have my own? All of our Spit Roast and BBQ menus are served on china plates with silver cutlery and dinner napkins.

Will you bring your tables to serve off? Yes, we will bring two trestle tables to set the buffet up on. We also provide white linen table cloths for the buffet.

How much space will you need? We only require enough space to set up two trestle tables.

What time will you arrive and how long will you serve for?
Our preparation time varies depending on the size of your function. We will generally require a preparation time of 45-60 minutes for Spit Roasts, 60-75 minutes for Gourmet BBQ and 60 minutes for Finger food. Serving time is again dependent on the number of guests but we will serve all guests with an opportunity for seconds! For finger food function we allow 15 minutes between items. A full finger food menu of 10-12 items will be approximately three hours.

Will you require a deposit and how do I make payment? We will only require a deposit if your date is fully booked. We will invoice you once final numbers and menu have been confirmed. You can pay by direct deposit, cheque or cash. Payment is due prior to or on the day of the function.
